BalletBooking.com acts as the agent to various ticket providers, such as theatres (or other venues), theatre troupes, theatre agencies, promoters and secondary market resellers. On our website we do not divide tickets from different providers, thus our website shows that tickets are “available for sale” until at least one of the providers is still able to supply necessary number of tickets of the appropriate category. If tickets for the event are labeled as "available only upon request", this means that at the moment none of the providers does have enough tickets for the performance. Clients can leave a request for such tickets and we will contact them in case tickets are on sale at least from one of the providers.
On our website customers can select tickets of one of the designated ticket categories. We always request the best available seats within the selected category for our customers, but the exact seats are assigned by the ticket providers. If customers prefer specific seats they can inform us of their preferences and we will do our best to suit their needs. Usually tickets are booked in pairs. We will make every effort to put a group of any size as close as possible to each other. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the last minute bookings will get seats together. Separated location of seats can not be a reason for a claim.
BalletBooking.com accepts different methods of payment. Our standard online payment method is PayPal, it guarantees easy and safe transactions. Using PayPal, you can pay with all the major credit-cards.

When booking your ticket, you can choose the currency of the transaction between Rubles, Euros and U.S. Dollars. If your bank card is issued in a currency other than the order currency, your funds will be converted at the rate set by your bank and PayPal. Payments by phone are charged in Russian roubles.
Please, specify the conversion rate in advance. In case of any other costs, please consult the payment systems. All our prices are final and include all the taxes. We do not charge any hidden fees.
We sell tickets on behalf of the venues, theatre and travel agencies, promoters and secondary market resellers, which means we do not set the ticket prices. The price you pay for the ticket might be lower or higher than the face value. You accept that the difference of the price paid and the face value of the tickets can not be reason for any claims. All prices listed on the website are market and are fair at the time of purchase and can be changed without prior notice.
The price of your ticket can be influenced by a number of factors: the period before the performance, the number of tickets left, the popularity of the production, the class of tickets, etc. Under certain circumstanсes, a situation may arise in which the cost of tickets to two neighboring seats will differ by more than twofold. The difference of the price you paid comparing to the price of any other ticket seen anywhere can not be a reason for a claim.
Please, pay your attention, that tickets are generally sold through several distribution points. Unfortunately some of them are not connected online, so after your order we confirm the availability of the ticket of the chosen category and issue you the confirmation. In an unlikely event of not being able to confirm you the ticket you have chosen, we will offer you alternatives or will provide immediate 100% refund of your payment.
Please double check your email before making a payment. If you do not receive a confirmation to your email, or if you experienced problems with connection, errors or service interruption while submitting payment information, if you have mentioned a wrong email, it is your responsibility to confirm with BalletBooking.com that everything is ok with your order. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you failed to receive confirmation.
After tickets purchase they will be delivered using one of the delivery methods described below:
- Delivery to the entrance of the theater - our courier will be waiting for you near the entrance holding a sign with your name on it 30 minutes before the show. In a case you are late, he will wait for you for 5 minutes after the beginning of the performance NOTE: If you are late to the third bell, attendants of the theater may not let you enter the auditorium (or will ask you to sit in upper tier before the intermission).
- Delivery to cruise ship - our courier will be waiting for you near the exit from the Sea Port of St.Petersburg holding a sign with your name, a 90 minutes before the show. If you have ordered visa and transportation, our representative forwards you to the driver, who will take you to the entrance of the theater and back to the ship after the performance. The price of transportation is fixed and remain the same for any number of passengers.
- Postal delivery to your country - your tickets will be sent by Russian Post the next day after we receive your postal address to our email:
. Therefore, to get your tickets as soon as possible, please send us your email address immediately after booking. If you booked a few days (or weeks) ago, but did not send your mailing address - your tickets are still in our office.

We always insure all sent letters with tickets for their full price. Not often, but sometimes tickets can be lost during mailing. If you have not receive them for more than a month or if you have a proof that they were completely lost by mistake of postal services, upon your written request we will issue new tickets for you and will send them to the same or another postal address. After two unsuccessful attempts of postal delivery we will hold tickets in our office until your arrival to St.Petersburg and then will deliver them to the hotel of your stay or to the theatre a 30 minutes before the show. It is your responsibility to contact us in advance and advice suitable method of delivery.

You can exchange your ticket up to 14 (fourteen) days before the performance. In case of price difference you will be obliged to pay the difference between the new ticket and the original one.
You can cancel your ticket up to 14 (fourteen) days before the performance. In order to cancel your order, you must send us written request by email with the attachment of your confirmation voucher. After receiving your request, we will redirect it to ticket providers (venue, theater agency or reseller). After they confirm the cancellation of your order and return the money to our account, we will make a refund to you using the same method of payment that you used to pay for the tickets. Please note that the refund procedure can take up to 30 days
You can not exchange your ticket less than 14 (fourteen) days before the performance. In less than 14 days before the performance all sales are final.
You can not refund your ticket less than 14 (fourteen) days before the performance. In less than 14 days before the performance cancellation fee is 100%.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from PayPal or the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from BalletBooking.com. In case you want to cancel your tickets, you must first contact us. In the event that instead of contacting us, you will request a chargeback through the bank or PayPal and we will be forced to prove the eligibility of the transaction, your tickets will be canceled without any compensation on our part.
Also, in our sole discretion, we may prohibit making purchases on our website to any person who requested a chargeback in violation of these terms and conditions, or whose name was used to issue a card used for payment or a PayPal account, from which an unqualified compensation claim came.
Theaters reserve the right to substitute the performance. In such a case your tickets will still be valid for the new performance. If you do not want to attend the new performance, you are eligible for an immediate full refund, you must apply for it before the performance starts. In other case no refund is possible. Presence at the performance means acceptance of the replacement of the performance. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If you have your paper ticket issued, you will have to send it to us in order to get the refund. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
We guarantee that purchased tickets will be authentic, valid to enter the show and also that they will match the chosen category. We do our best to provide customers with the best possible tickets for the show. However, we are not responsible if the buyer has any complaints about the show itself, the behavior of the theater administration, other guests, the quality of the show, the hall, additional services, etc. To avoid possible inconveniences, please read the reviews about theaters yourself before making a decision about the purchase. Inconsistency of reality with your expectations is not a cause for complaints.
You agree that regardless of any circumstances if there are any complaints or claims, you must present them to us no later than 24 hours after the end of the event. If no complaints have been received from you within 24 hours after the show, our obligations to you are considered to be completely fulfilled. After 24 hours after the show, no complaints are accepted, no compensation is provided.
If you are secondary market provider, owner of valid but unnecessary tickets, we offer the possibility of reselling tickets on our platform. In order to use the service, you must fill the necessary fields, upload your tickets for security check (electronic or scan of paper tickets). After we receive a request for your tickets from our client we will contact you by email or phone in order to organise secure transfer of your tickets to the client.
